About Sean Haggerty

As Executive Vice President of Operations Support for Knife River's West Region, I lead a multidisciplinary team that empowers over team members across five states. We connect people, systems, and strategies to support sustainable growth, operational excellence, and a culture where safety and leadership thrive. My team includes subject matter experts in HR, risk and legal, communications, training, safety, and technical services, including land use permitting and planning, environmental and regulatory compliance, engineering services, Geographic Information System (GIS) location intelligence, mine planning, aggregate optimization, and geological and hydrology services. Together, we solve complex problems, support field operations, and advance initiatives that strengthen our people and performance. I believe in being visible, listening to understand, and building practical collaborative solutions that make us better every day.
