About Sean Hall

MD, MBA, LTA, PhD I am a well-published medical researcher, author, and biotechnology leader with a core focus on chronic diseases, particularly pain management and anti-aging medicine. My 20+ year career sits at the intersection of clinical science, translational medicine, and commercial strategy, where I’ve helped bridge the gap between innovation and patient outcomes. Currently, I serve as Chairman and CEO of the Medlab Group of Companies, spanning Australia and the United States. Medlab is dedicated to out-licensing advanced biotechnologies and providing expert consultancy in public health strategy, clinical development, product innovation, market entry, and IP protection. Our core technologies include nanoparticle drug delivery systems and disruptive therapeutic platforms that serve unmet clinical needs. Previously, I was the Founding CEO of Medlab Clinical Ltd, a publicly listed biotech company I led for twelve years until March 2024. Under my leadership, we pioneered breakthrough research in chronic disease treatment, secured and licensed valuable IP, and elevated the company’s position globally. Earlier still, I co-founded FIT-BioCeuticals Ltd, one of Australia’s most trusted physician-recommended nutraceutical brands, later acquired by Blackmores Ltd in 2012. I am a co-inventor on 45+ patents, a frequent international speaker, and an active public voice in healthcare across peer-reviewed journals, podcasts, talkback radio, and as the author of Dysevolution.
