About Sean Harmon

Sean P. Harmon is chief executive officer providing overall guidance to the short- and long-term strategic growth of the firm. He cultivates relationships with new and existing clients providing a portfolio of services to solve client issues, guiding the team to $100 million in annual revenue. Sean has helped to make ESA South a recognized contractor throughout the U.S. as a prime contractor for clients such as USACE, Veteran’s Administration, FEMA, DHS, GSA, and DOD. Prior to joining ESA South, Sean’s corporate career started at the Coca-Cola Company as operations manager. He is a service-disabled veteran who served in the U.S. Marine Corps as a Naval Flight Officer in the A-6 Intruder. Sean holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology from University of Maryland. Sean is dedicated to giving back to the communities where ESA’s headquarters and offices are located with a particular focus on supporting children, mothers, and families.
