Over my 25-year career, I have built a reputation for establishing strong sales organizations, exceeding sales quotas and establishing an effective operational cadence for long-term success. As a global sales executive with an entrepreneurial mindset, my objective is to drive client success through targeted, value-driven solutions. I identify client challenges, then create strategic solutions tailored to these needs. This mindset has contributed to my career success. One of my highlights is spearheading the tremendous growth of UiPath, a global leader in AI powered enterprise automation technology from $400K to $25M in ARR in the Canadian market in just three years. In the same timeframe, I led the expansion of UiPath’s market presence from seven clients to more than 250. Another proud accomplishment is steering my team towards 90% team participation in UiPath’s Podium (aka President's Club). My passion is to foster a culture that balances accountability and competitiveness with empathy to help drive teams towards exceptional growth. I firmly believe in the importance of work-life harmony and champion the integration of family and fun, recognizing that success extends beyond just professional accomplishments. My commitment to nurturing talent extends to students at Toronto Metropolitan University (aka Ryerson) where I volunteer as a guest speaker, mentor and coach for students and participate in the advisory board for the sales program.
