About Sean Horner

I bring 13 years of U.S. Air Force experience across operational test and evaluation, intelligence analysis, and munitions employment. My career began with radars, radios, and weather systems, where I led maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades on mission-critical platforms. I later moved into test and evaluation management, partnering with engineers and vendors to design test plans, execute evaluations, analyze data, and confirm compliance with NIST, STIG, and Air Force standards. In my most recent role, I have specialized in advanced intelligence analysis and system validation. I have directed and executed evaluations involving precision point mensuration, collateral damage estimation, and weaponeering, ensuring systems and munitions perform as expected under operational conditions. My test background includes validating hardware and software patches, building repeatable test processes, documenting results, and delivering findings that informed acquisition and operational decisions. Alongside my military career, I am completing a SkillBridge fellowship in Cybersecurity Analysis, training with Splunk, Wireshark, Palo Alto, and other enterprise defense tools. I hold a TS/SCI clearance, CompTIA Security+, and I am pursuing a BAS in Cyber Operations (Defense and Forensics) at the University of Arizona, graduating in December 2025. As I transition into the defense industry, I bring together 13 years of test and evaluation, intelligence, munitions, and cybersecurity expertise to deliver mission-critical systems that are accurate, secure, and reliable.
