He is an inspirational leader with strong commercial instincts and a history of converting strategic intent into operational action in SME, listed and private equity-backed environments.In his role as Executive Director at Janes, he led cross-functional teams of experts internationally, delivered the brand's first net promoter score and boosted its reputation as the trusted global agency for open-source defence intelligence, transforming it from a traditional publisher into a forward-looking insight and data business. Expert at leveraging global resources, he has established a successful centre of excellence in India, used his talent acquisition and people management skills to treble the size of the expert team from a fixed-cost base and used his financial skills and business acumen to improve profitability through redesigning workflows, outsourcing production and the innovative use of technology.
