About Sean Ikin

Sean Ikin is a Director at Kenneth & Co. Consulting, a student-centered firm that provides comprehensive support and guidance to schools and colleges in the education sector, especially in the VET and English language domains. With over 20 years of experience in various roles, from classroom teaching to administrative leadership, Sean has a holistic perspective on educational dynamics and a passion for driving change and embracing new paradigms. Sean holds a Bachelor of Education from QUT and a Graduate Certificate in TESOL from the University of Wollongong, and is currently pursuing further studies in adult language teaching and learning. He has built and managed several schools and colleges from the ground up, and has designed, implemented, and refined the teaching and learning experience for countless learners and educators. He has also founded and directed the English Language Schools Alliance, a platform that creates opportunities for colleges to enter the ELICOS space and access new markets and possibilities. Sean's core competencies include education, adult education, educational leadership, and ELICOS. He is a steadfast advocate for achievable benchmarks, positive outcomes, adaptation, and reflection for growth.
