My leadership roles in both the music industry and non-profit sector reflect my dedication to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. With 15 years of experience as a Musician and Educator, I possess a comprehensive background in post-secondary and K-12 education. My skills span improvisation, composition/orchestration, multi-genre performance, and marketing. Notable achievements include successful program development, strategic planning, and securing grants and accolades from prestigious institutions such as the Canada Arts Council and Factor Canada. As the first Executive Director of Pride Winnipeg, I gained valuable experience in non-profit leadership. I am eager to explore executive-level roles within non-profit organizations where I can leverage my skills in program leadership, performance optimization, and tailored workplace training. My goal is to create a positive, creative, and innovative work environment that empowers teams and fosters long-term commitment.
