Working as a Director, Client Care Manager, Project Sponsor and Contract Manager for verity of projects and master agreement with Key clients. I am also a Business Development Lead and have been serving as the Design Manager and Project Manager for high profile projects such as Ontario Line North, Waterfront East LRT, Eglinton Cross Town LRT and Canadian Nuclear Laboratory (CNL). With over 32 years of professional career experience and 15 years in management and leadership role, I have gained valuable operational skills, setting up plans for teaming and resources as well as strategic business planning for major pursuits and projects with a focus on profitability, quality deliverables and client satisfaction to ensure repeated business. In addition to team management, business development, I have been acting as a client liaison, and client care manager across a wide range of business sectors, with a particular focus on major transit clients, industrial, nuclear facilities and municipalities. During my career I possessed wide range of experience in leading technical teams for delivering complex project from conceptual design, analysis, detailed design, site investigation, structural evaluation, safety surveys to preparation of contract documents and construction review. Experience includes numerous transit facilities including maintenance and repair buildings for commuter rail, freight rail, subways cars and busses as well as transit stations, commercial and heavy industrial buildings, justice and municipal facilities, schools, water and wastewater treatment facilities, retaining walls and bridges. I have also worked in the construction industry, where he prepared construction procedures, established and monitored construction schedules, construction staging and constructability review.
