With over fifteen years of experience in the federal government, across three departments and four agencies, I support and empower teams to more effectively address the needs and desires of Native American tribes and individuals while improving and increasing positive public service outcomes. My ability to leverage applicable laws, policies, and standards to combat outdated organizational structures and business practices is only one component towards a lasting legacy. Leadership in the 21st Century requires adaptive, enthusiastic, and emotionally intelligent relationships with all stakeholders and tribal nations.
