About Sean Kealey

I have worked at Merrill since October of 2012. I have acquired my Series 7, 66, 9, and 10 licenses. I began my career there on the phones helping clients and quickly moved into leadership. I was an assistant manager in a department that transitioned assets due to death or divorce. I then managed a service and trade team for a few years. I am currently managing a team tasked with retaining clients at risk of leaving the firm. As a manager, I have various tasks and responsibilities. I work closely with every associate on my team to ensure top performance from each of them from a sales and service perspective. I work with peers in other lines of business to provide solutions for our clients. I resolve escalated complaints and client issues. At Merrill I have had the opportunity to be part of many initiatives and projects, outside of my role as a manager. One of my favorites was facilitating the Emerging Talent Program. I coordinated with senior leaders to present on various topics to groups of up and coming leaders. Before joining Merrill, I had positions in various fields. I had been a personal banker for Wells Fargo and then Bank of America. I owned my own laminate flooring installation company. I also worked in the residential and commercial painting industry. I was responsible for the sales and managed production for CertaPro Painters franchises in Gilbert and Scottsdale. I have many years of sales, service, and management experience. I pride myself in my ability to deliver an outstanding client experience. I thoroughly enjoy helping my associates reach their full potential. I have found that my ability to network and make connections has proven invaluable in many ways, particularly in being able to get things done, whether they be for a client or for the business.
