About Sean Kelly

During a successful 24 year Army career with The Royal Corps of Signals I developed my managerial skills in a number of areas; I have managed teams, equipment, resource, training and logistics, to name a few. My adaptability, resourcefulness and leadership attributes saw me promote in this chosen career and upon leaving full time Service I decided that I had more to offer, I now serve in the Royal Armoured Corps as a Reservist. Experience honed in the military is equally as relevant and useful in my role(s) within Centimany. I am currently working across several work streams associated with Defence, the broad spectrum of work and opportunities for growth and professional development offer new challenges and opportunities. One of the biggest challenges for a Reservist is striking the balance of employment, Reserve Service and family life; I am fortunate that I have an extremely understanding and supportive family, primarily, as well as an employer that not only allows me time to train with the Army Reserve but also champions Military Service and values the experience that I bring to the table.
