About Sean Kimpel

For a business to compete and thrive nowadays, it needs to have both a strategic vision where it’s going and why as well as great tactical plans to make it all happen. With a unique combination of operations, program management, and engineering background, my career has been about thinking strategically and tactically to deliver large-scale portfolios of projects/programs, significant business change, and cutting-edge products for my companies. The following are just a few examples of my impact as a leader for change growth, and revenue-building initiatives: Management of merger & acquisition (M&A) sourcing, evaluating, selling and procuring in-network and out-of-network HairClub brands. Currently optimizing a $6M CAPEX budget as the Senior Manager, Operations Projects at HairClub, I established my company’s first PMO, a 5-person team of top performers, and a project methodology to support major facilities, construction, and leasing projects for a 100-location real estate portfolio. Holding Top Secret Security Clearance (TSSC) and full P&L ownership as Project Manager II at SR Technologies Inc, I delivered 100% growth for our project portfolio while leading a 2-person team to engineer disruptive satellite and communications products for government and law enforcement customers. Leveraging my degree in mechanical engineering during my prolific tenure at Aerospace Technologies Group (ATG), I steered a 1-year rapid development and certification project to produce the inaugural electro-mechanical window shade for the iconic Learjet 75. As Program Manager with PAC Seating Systems, I engineered a patented adjustable armrest, which was first used on the Sultan of Oman's aircraft. While at Associated Aircraft Manufacturing & Sales (AAMSI), I increased business and revenues with the U.S. government by compiling and submitting compelling source approval request (SAR) packages.
