About Sean Kirby

I’m passionate about helping individuals and businesses achieve financial freedom, whether through strategic tax planning, comprehensive insurance solutions, or financial advisory services. As the CMO of Performance Insurance Group, Performance Tax, and Performance Financial, I help lead a $1 million financial services company with a mission to deliver value-driven, client-focused solutions. With experience ranging from scaling businesses to digital transformation and training the next generation of entrepreneurs, I bring a hands-on approach to business development. I’m also the creator of Performance University, an online learning platform that teaches my father's 10 rules of business, aimed at helping entrepreneurs build successful ventures. Recently, I introduced the '5 Foundations to Financial Independence,' a framework designed to empower individuals to achieve financial security. My passion extends to community involvement, evident in my work with Side Hustle School, a nonprofit initiative helping juniors and seniors launch their first businesses. Beyond the office, I’m dedicated to coaching, content creation, and family. As a proud father of three, I value a balanced life where professional success and personal fulfillment go hand in hand. Connect with me to explore ideas on financial growth, business strategy, or community impact. I’m always looking to engage with like-minded professionals and entrepreneurs who are driven by purpose and results.
