About Sean Kirk

As a Registered Nurse with a strong clinical and healthcare sector background, I effectively deliver best practice clinical support in haemodynamic monitoring of the anaesthetic and critical care patient. My focus is always on assisting in the safe passage of the high risk patient through these healthcare settings. I have held hospital based clinical positions in the Neurosurgical Unit, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Anaesthetics and Neurosurgical Private Practice, where my focus has been providing excellence in patient care. I develop strong and productive relationships with specialists, fellow nurses and allied health professionals to ensure a holistic approach is taken with patients’ care and to facilitate information and knowledge sharing on clinical and industry issues. I am motivated by working directly with clinicians in the treatment of their patients, educating them and empowering them in the effective use of contemporary industry devices. I build rapport quickly and take a solution focused approach in my communication. In addition to clinical services, I have regularly delivered presentations and education sessions to patients, carers, clinicians and allied health professionals promoting a holistic and evidence based approach.
