Well rounded Senior Geologist with a military background (USMC) and Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science / GIS from Central Michigan University. I have a demonstrated history as an Environmental Consultant under Michigan Part 201 Environmental Response, Part 213 Leaking Underground Storage Tanks, and Part 615 Oil/Gas. Skilled in a variety of field work such as sampling various types of media, installing sampling points (i.e. monitoring wells / vapor points), Geoprobe investigations, excavation oversight, sub-contractor management, UST removal, mapping/surveying, locating surface facilities, logging soil and other field work associated with Michigan Parts 201, 213 and 615. Proficient in technical writing, client funding and satisfaction, as well as all phases of the due diligence and environmental site investigation process. Technical writing experience includes; Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments, Baseline Environmental Assessments, Initial Assessment Reports, Final Assessment Reports, Closure Reports, Status Reports, No Further Action reports and Remedial Action Plans.Highly skilled in AutoCAD, ArcGIS, Trimble and Garmin software programs. Have created and maintained hundreds of technical drawings for a wide variety of environmental site investigations and subsequent reports, as well as satisfied CAD role(s) within organizations as an individual and as part of a team. Have conducted AutoCAD / GIS trainings for other employees.Most recently became a certified Remote Pilot for Parsons. As of May 2024 I have approximately 60 hours of flight time on an Inspire 1200A, in conjunction with magnetometer and LiDAR sensors to locate abandoned petroleum wells below the surface.
