As an Assistant Team Leader at CG Computers Sdn Bhd, I have almost 10 years of experience in retail sales and customer service, specializing in earning the trust of customers and helping businesses grow. I have a Diploma in Hospitality and have conducted multiple train-the-trainer sessions to ensure all trainers understood the product and service value proposition, resulting in an increase in engagement and knowledge retention. I am passionate about creating commercial and genuine partnerships between customers and CG Computers, the leading Apple Premium Reseller in Malaysia. I am responsible for motivating the team to achieve organizational goals, developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets, and delegating tasks to team members. I also monitor team performance, identify areas of weaknesses, and provide timely interventions to ensure targets are met. I have helped my Area Manager to manage a few new opening outlets, from admin tasks to cash flow. I have also maintained a strong record in recruitment, training, and mentoring staff to achieve high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
