Hi there! I'm Sean Lamb, a highly experienced Poultry Production Manager at Aviagen. With 15 years of experience in the industry, I have a deep understanding of all aspects of poultry production and have successfully managed multiple operations for the company. I am passionate about the poultry industry and am constantly seeking ways to improve and innovate in my role. My journey in the poultry industry began as a part time worker on a breeder farm, from there I progressed to a team leader on the farm then progressed to managing my own broiler farm. After this I moved onto my current role which I have held for 2 years expanding my knowledge on the business side of things whilst overseeing sites. My time in these roles has given me a strong foundation in all areas of poultry production, including breeding, broilers, nutrition, and processing. At Aviagen, I oversee the production of high-quality poultry products while ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations. I am responsible for managing a team of skilled managers and their farms. Through my leadership, I have consistently achieved production targets and improved overall results. Aside from my professional life, I am also passionate about fitness and staying active. I believe that maintaining a healthy body and mind is crucial for success in any aspect of life. In my free time, you can find me at the gym, running or out on my mountain bike.
