With more than 22 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, field service, and operations, I’ve developed a steady approach to leading teams, improving processes, and supporting customer success. My focus has always been on building strong partnerships, maintaining operational reliability, and creating environments where people and performance can thrive. At Applied Materials, I help guide regional field service operations across a diverse portfolio of 200 mm / 300 mm equipment, including Etch, Implant, CMP, PVD, CVD, and Metrology products. I work to align team capabilities, resource planning, and service delivery with both customer and business objectives. I value a data-informed approach—using metrics such as First-Time-Right performance, PM duration, and supplier-dependent uptime to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and team growth. Earlier in my career at Intel Corporation, I managed over 28 thin-film deposition systems and supported process transfers from development to high-volume manufacturing. Collaborating across multiple teams, I helped strengthen maintenance practices, improve uptime, and enhance training programs. These experiences reinforced the importance of consistency, collaboration, and thoughtful problem-solving in high-demand technical environments.
