About Sean Levesque

I hold a master's degree from the University of Utah, active CISSP certification, a handful of expired SANS certifications, and a plethora of other technical certificates in diverse areas.I've been in IT since 1995, a cybersecurity engineer since 2008, cybersecurity technical lead since 2012, cybersecurity program manager since 2017, and am now head of all enterprise IT & cybersecurity since 2020.I have worked with government organizations & global manufacturing companies. Some of the tasks i have been responsible for include:* develop and run an incident response program, reporting to the CISM.* examine third-party processes and platforms to help them safely integrate with existing enterprise systems.* work with internal development teams to ensure their applications are safe for public consumption, and help design/implement/manage content delivery platforms and secure publication servers they depend on.* design/implement/manage internal monitoring tools and SIEMs, to make essential security information available to managers and system administrators.* develop security policies, templates and guides for use by internal administrators and users.* implement/manage endpoint security systems to support system administrators and service desk technicians.* design/implement/manage a tiered enterprise certificate authority infrastructure; as well as other enterprise services including NTP, DNS and Active Directory.
