My career spans municipal, provincial, and private sectors—guiding everything from field operations to strategic policy development across Ontario and Canada. Currently, I lead the HSSE team at Infrastructure Ontario, providing oversight across a diverse real estate portfolio. I manage contracted service providers, develop scalable safety and security frameworks, and ensure alignment with evolving legislative and regulatory standards. My work bridges operational execution with policy-level strategy, supporting public sector mandates and infrastructure integrity. My background includes: Oversight of 750+ Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and numerous Phase II delineations Leadership of large-scale remediation and decommissioning projects Development of security protocols for government facilities at both micro and macro levels Authorship of HSSE policies and development/management of contractor oversight and governance tools for municipal and provincial clients Liaison with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to ensure compliance and continuity Earlier roles within consulting and the broader public sector deepened my expertise in environmental project management, Class Environmental Assessments, and health and safety coordination. I’ve also served in municipal government, managing WSIB claims, back to work accommodations and Ministry of Labour compliance. Academically, I hold certificates in Terrorism Studies (University of St Andrews) and National Security (Carleton University), with specialized training in intelligence, homeland security, terror/extremist group financing and far-right extremism. My published analyses explore international security topics including the DGSE, Red Army Faction, and the 22 July Terror Attacks in Norway—bridging operational insight with academic rigor.
