About Sean Loftis

As EHS Director at InServ Corp, I lead safety performance across multi-state construction and life sciences operations, supporting projects in high-risk and highly regulated environments. My role focuses on strengthening safety systems, driving accountability in the field, and ensuring compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and client-specific requirements. With over 30 years in construction and more than a decade in operations leadership, I bring a practical understanding of how work is planned and executed. This allows me to build safety programs that align with production—ensuring they are not only compliant, but effective and enforceable.I have led the growth of safety organizations, implemented enterprise EHS systems, and consistently maintained incident rates below national averages while supporting company growth. I routinely present leading and lagging indicators to executive leadership to drive performance and decision-making.In addition to corporate leadership, I have over 10 years of experience as a safety consultant, supporting organizations with site-specific safety plans, audits, training, and OSHA-related matters. My focus is simple: build a culture where safety is owned in the field, supported by leadership, and integrated into how work gets done.
