Experienced in sales, marketing, branding, operations efficiency & enhancement, distribution, product line launches, strategic cost analysis, operations, planning, forecasting, time study, feeder & aircraft matrix planning, systems & technologies implementation, importing, exporting, training, data management, industrial engineering, brokerage, public speaking and delivering killer presentations that energize a room. Diversified exposure to several industry sectors including: courier, manufacturing; distribution; purchasing; product development; brokerage; union relations; entrepreneurial business ownership and business to business sales. My current career is sales where I have represented the leadership role in mentoring a team of sales professionals across the entire U.S. from start up with new product lines to dominating number one market positions and several million dollars in sales repeatedly. I can mentor a sales department using a highly positive team approach to increase revenues which is the ultimate measuring stick to any business. A very strong industrial engineering background has allowed me to develop very strong analytical abilities. I can measure and streamline business revenues and minimize costs including operational efficiency. I can read and understand product markets and company results to make adjustments in strategy accordingly. True leaders are followed because people believe in their ability to influence positive change. My goal is to have sales professionals want to work hard with me based on my ability to motivate their drive, give them worthy advice and ideas and earn their respect by increasing their sales. Everyday is about a simple choice, and I chose to look at things from the positive side and get excited about seeing the opportunities where others see obstacles.
