I am currently an IT Assurance Technical Senior Manager in the Audit group of Crowe LLP, with over 13 years of experience in IT Audit and Consulting. I have specialized in the Payment Card Industry (PCI), and through my client experience, have had the opportunity to assist numerous organizations with Reports on Compliance (ROC), PCI readiness assessments, scope reduction efforts, tokenization implementations, and payment application deployments in the technology service provider, retail, hospitality, and financial services industries. In addition to specializing in PCI, I have significant experience executing SOC 1, 2, and 3 attestations and multi-solution/integrated audits for service providers. My technical and systems experience encompasses various platforms across physical, virtual, and cloud based environments, including Windows, UNIX, Linux, IBM System i, SQL, and Oracle, as well as cloud native technologies including elastic computing, microservices, containers, and container orchestration.
