About Sean McLelland

As Executive Director of Outdoors Tomorrow Foundation, I have the privilege of leading a passionate team dedicated to equipping the next generation through outdoor education and conservation. With over a decade of non-profit leadership experience, I’ve helped bring our outdoor curriculum to more than 1 million students—instilling lifelong skills, environmental stewardship, and strong character. A key part of our success has been building and guiding a high-performing nonprofit board, structuring effective committees, and fostering industry relationships. These efforts have been instrumental in scaling our programs nationally and expanding our reach to schools and communities across the country. My background in marketing and program development has fueled successful fundraising initiatives, strategic partnerships, and mission-driven events that expand our impact. I’m deeply committed to a culture of collaboration and tech innovation—both within our team and throughout our broader network of supporters. At the heart of everything I do is a single goal: to empower young people to become confident outdoor leaders.
