As a seasoned Human Resources Manager with a global outlook, I am committed to improving employee well-being and professional development. I am currently the HR Manager for a prominent engineering and commissioning company (GCE-Group B.V.) in the Netherlands, where I focus on creating an open and growth-oriented environment. My diversified expertise in a variety of industries, combined with substantial international exposure, influences my holistic approach to Human Resource Management. I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management to further my knowledge. This academic endeavor reflects my desire to stay at the forefront of HRM concepts and techniques.
