As a PropTech & Sustainability Specialist at Harvard Developments, I lead the successful planning and execution of PropTech technology solutions across the company's managed portfolio. With over 10 years of experience in the field of computer engineering and technical project management, I have the skills and knowledge to deliver innovative and effective solutions that drive operational efficiencies, process automation, sustainability/de-carbonization, tenant experience, and brand recognition. I am passionate about using technology to solve complex problems and create value for our clients and stakeholders. I work closely with internal and external teams to understand their needs and challenges, and provide them with product development, sales support, field training, and solution consults. I also enjoy staying updated on the latest trends and developments in the PropTech industry, and sharing my insights and expertise with others. My mission is to contribute to Harvard's overall growth and business continuity, while also advancing its environmental and social goals. Outside of work hours, I enjoy staying active, being a dad, drinking craft beer (best after activities), walking my pooch, camping, gaming, and of course watching entire seasons on Netflix in one sitting.
