Currently, I work as a Customer Experience Manager for Skin Trust Club, part of Deepverge PLC, where I oversee a customer service department serving customers. My responsibilities include testing software and building the customer service department from scratch. In a previous role at Kyso, a data storage company, I contributed to the development of cloud-based solutions for data storage and analysis. I also have experience in quality assurance and process improvement. I am currently pursuing a Machine Learning Specialization on Coursera to further enhance my skills. I chose this course because I can see how quickly AI is growing. I want to improve my knowledge on it as I can see how beneficial it can be in every sector. My educational background includes studies in Digital Humanities at University College Cork. I am fluent in English, proficient in Spanish, and have advanced proficiency in Irish.
