About Sean Murray
I like maps. I've been surrounded by maps since as long as I can remember. The ability to convey information well through them is as much art as it is science. I worked as a treeplanter for 5 years, identified plants and grasses for fire ecologists, performed habitat assessments for boreal caribou, and collected hair from Grizzlies. Every one of those jobs built up an appreciation and respect for land management and natural systems in equal measure. Maps were present in every one of those paths, either for navigating backroads, planning helicopter routes, or mapping trajectory data for collared bears. Creating clean professional products from information pulled from the real world is something that truly excites me and I hop to be able to continue to do for years to come.
