I'm committed to learning, unlearning and relearning. I look for ways to help people to succeed in their roles and enjoy crafting policies, processes and systems that enable the best performance. I view open-mindedness and humility as key in staying adaptable and resilient. I’m most inspired by trust and transparency and I enjoy delivering my best. My current interest is in Performance! I am catching up on the latest about Performance and Culture with a focus on data analytics and HR technology. My Background My journey began with two passionate people who started a medical assistance company. I grew with this company, from 10 staff to 300+ and then it transitioned from a local, founder-run company to a global company today. I'm grateful for every opportunity I've had to learn something new despite occasionally feeling out of my depth – I have experience in service delivery, people management, systems design, major procurement, information security, data privacy, HR, pre-employment screening, KYC, office administration, etc all in the same company. I spent the next 6 years in a regional role supporting country HR leads in Rewards and HRIS topics.
