About Sean Oneill

I’ve spent my career operating at the intersection of complex financial de-risking and modern SaaS, specifically within the Pension and Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) space. My approach is less about the "pitch" and more about solving the intricate structural hurdles that keep Tier 1 carriers and institutional providers from modernizing. I’ve been fortunate to lead some of the industry’s more challenging buy-ins, buy-outs, and longevity swaps, consistently exceeding targets by focusing on the long-term security of member benefits rather than just the transaction.I’m a firm believer in letting technology do the heavy lifting. I’ve integrated AI-driven automation and predictive analytics into my workflow to cut through the noise of dense actuarial data, which allows me to deliver clearer, faster insights to C-suite stakeholders. For me, AI isn't a buzzword—it’s the tool that helps me increase deal velocity and stay ahead in a legacy-heavy market.Whether I’m navigating the shifts of an M&A-driven landscape or orchestrating a cross-functional team to build a bespoke cloud-native solution, my goal is always the same: ensuring that innovation in the Life & Annuity space is both predictable and sustainable.
