About Sean Peed
I am currently pursuing my MBA at the University of Houston. Prior to this, I attended Texas A&M University and earned my bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. During my later years at A&M, I developed an interest in Real Estate Investment, which led me to work at Partner Engineering and Science as a staff assessor conducting property condition assessments. While at Partner, I was exposed to various commercial property types and gained extensive knowledge about the physical assets and the financial impact that structures, building components, and systems can have on an investment. Additionally, my brother and I have started acquiring our own investment properties using a buy and hold strategy. I am excited about applying the knowledge I gain through the MBA program and exploring another aspect of real estate investment! I love my dog, golf, and good Mexican food.
