About Sean Pfarr

It's interesting how we lean so heavily on our past to help us define who we are and who we want to become. As someone from very technical backgrounds in aviation and business operations, it's difficult to utilize what appears as my "resume" to describe what I am pursuing in my life. Yes, I can rebuild an aircraft engine, plan a flight around the world, or ensure you’re not wasting money on fax machines, but I would never say that defines my professional career up to this point. My memories and experiences are of pilots, colleagues, friends and business owners, speaking about who they were, what inspired them and made them the person they are today. Understanding the people around me - what problems they have & what they are passionate about - quickly became a passion that led to the development of my ideology around community and the value it holds. Now, my mission is to help businesses and community leaders develop and maintain their communities, both online and in person. I believe being strategic and genuine in life and in business will lead to fulfilling relationships and outcomes beyond our current dreams and goals and I want to build that future with you, my community.
