Cybersecurity leader with a passion for turning complex security challenges into real business wins. Over the past 15 years, I've had the privilege of building and leading high-performing teams—currently guiding 160+ cyber operators, Zero Trust architects, DevSecOps engineers, and intelligence analysts at Millennium Corporation. What drives me? Creating solutions that don't just protect organizations but actually fuel their growth. I recently led our team in securing the largest contract in company history—$500M+—and opened doors to the Japanese market, where we've built partnerships with five major defense contractors. It's been incredible watching our organization evolve from a traditional services model to something much more dynamic and scalable. I am proud to lead the team responsible for the development of Hydra, our proprietary cyber training platform that addresses critical enterprise challenges while establishing new revenue streams. We've also spearheaded breakthrough AI/ML assessment capabilities utilizing supervised learning algorithms and neural networks for vulnerability detection, representing a significant advancement in the field. My background spans both sides of the cybersecurity equation—offensive and defensive operations, threat intelligence, and red team methodologies. As Chief of Threat Operations at Army Threat Systems Management Office, I managed a 62-person team conducting cyber resiliency assessments for critical weapon systems, developing expertise in both defensive strategies and adversarial thinking. Training and workforce development represent another key focus area. I've overhauled training programs that now achieve 95% customer satisfaction while generating significant recurring revenue. These programs span international markets and help organizations retain their cyber talent—addressing a critical industry challenge. I maintain TS/SCI clearance with CISSP and CEH certifications, plus extensive DoD acquisition and contracting experience. The focus remains on building cyber capabilities that protect critical infrastructure while driving measurable business results.
