About Sean R.

My tech support and customer service background has provided me with a unique ability to convey technical information to non technical users. I was able to make a seamless transition from an office setting at WebQA to working out in the field at Dallas Network Services. I also worked on a specialized team at Microsoft which allowed me to learn some software debugging, product analysis, service comparison and latest company software. I got in to Information Security at Santander Consumer USA and have been hooked on InfoSec ever since. I joined Bank of America as a Sr. Systems/Data Analyst in the Global Information Security line of business before joining Credera where I worked on IT migration projects for small and large organizations such as Pier 1. I then relocated to Los Angeles and joined Honda Performance Development as a systems administrator. I was in charge of deploying equipment, IT new hire orientation, on-site and remote end user support, Azure cloud administration, managing hardware leases, securing Honda Racing information and track IT support during IndyCar races. I successfully demonstrated my expertise with technologies such as Office 365, Enterprise Mobility Suite, Azure AD, Powershell and a variety of cloud services such as Saas. I am ITIL, CISA and Security+ and MCSA O365 certified as well. In my current role as Operations Director of Starchild Interventions, I oversee all of IT, HR and Marketing. I am currently working on ways to integrate AI to decrease manual tasks and increase productivity. Specialty: People person with the ability to bridge the gap between IT and management. Ability to constructively question established processes and provide productive solutions.
