Resolved project reauthorization issue, identified through data analysis, for $20-$100M+ projects by defining and implementing an up-front planning process, working with IT to develop support tools, and adding contingency funds to project budgets; received final signoff from the Board Streamlined business case process for project approvals, revising a 50-page document detailing scope, schedule, and costs and requiring multiple levels of review to ~8 pages highlighting the most critical information. Identified / communicated critical discrepancies identified in project reporting/monitoring of a $400M rollout of electric vehicle charging stations that was behind schedule and over budget, enabling execution of corrective actions.
