This foundation of empathy and precision carries over to my work as a Program Manager, where I excel at understanding customer needs, providing tailored recommendations, cross-funtional collaborations and fostering long-term client relationships.My experiences as a collegiate soccer player at Sonoma State University and as a professional athlete in Germany have further enhanced my experience. These roles instilled a deep sense of passion, discipline, teamwork, and resilience—qualities I bring to every professional endeavor. Competing at high levels taught me how to remain focused under pressure, work alongside others in a team towards a common goal, lead by example, and continuously strive for improvement.My commitment to excellence, combined with a strategic mindset, understanding of human behavior, and the discipline of an athlete, allows me to deliver results that benefit both individuals and organizations.
