Currently in a PSPC EX1 pool looking for opportunities to spearhead change and expand my services to the Canadian Public. PWGSC 20016 to present –Manager of Electronics, Simulators and Defence Systems Division with 22 direct reports. Expérience: The procurement and contract officer for the managing the acquisition of several complex and high value requirements simultaneously for multiple stakeholders. The position has provided an extensive realization of the roles, functions and inter-relationships of Government Departments relating to procurement and supply chain management. I have provided policy interpretation and advice to management on Cabinet documents and Departmental Contractual Obligations. I have procured goods and services from through all stages of solicitation to the successful award of contracts; including developing standing offers and supply arrangements. My knowledge of the principles and procedures of procurement and contract management has successfully been shared with the teams and participants within our group. I have successfully been the Lead for two complex high risk Major Crown Treasury Board Submissions and currently in the submission stage of two TB submission for spring 2015; including, being the OPI for multiple briefing notes, submissions, decks, slide presentations, memorandums to the Minister, and having had several one on one consultation with the SD and DG levels.
