I'm someone who figures out how to achieve big hairy goals, where I can bring a team together to connect vision and strategy with operational reality. My favourite situations are filled with change and provide the opportunity to bridge the gap between worlds; whether between technical and commercial, or different cultures. I enjoy creating organisational impact in technology companies.Where I stand out is taking an analytical, structured approach to understanding complex problems and applying my creativity to finding a solution. I have used this to lead organisations and projects, optimise processes and create alternative ways to achieve goals.After 13 years in the power industry, I co-founded a fund to search in the DACH region for two years for a company we successfully acquired in Switzerland and added M&A to my international skill set. My skills have evolved with my experience and cover engineering, project management, sales, strategy and digitalisation. When it comes to leadership, my philosophy is to lead through people but to build the necessary trust, I like to walk the talk: I roll up my sleeves and get my hands dirty wherever help is needed.My path in life has led me from New Zealand to the UK, Germany, Singapore and now Switzerland. With this experience, I can lead teams and organisations at both the local and global levels.
