At almost every career fork, I've made decisions that led to a safe, comfortable career. I obtained an Economics degree and a Law degree. I practiced municipal law, then began working for local governments and was regularly promoted until I found myself in the City Manager role. At 33, after receiving my 'dream job' offer to lead a large municipality, I finally admitted to myself that I have way too much entrepreneurial drive to spend the next 30 years leading local governments. I began a new career in Private Equity Real Estate with Hawkeye Wealth, and bought a small bone broth manufacturing company with my wife, Wild Moon Organics.
