Hi, My last job was SaaS/ client relationship role as a Market Research Advisor for commercial real estate giant CoStar/Loopnet. This role taught me almost every aspect of the real estate process and gave me an opportunity to help improve the deals of our clients. I handled both inbound and outbound phone call and emails for every aspect of customer support and any technical issues they may have been having. My main job was to take each inquiry and find a the best way to fix whatever their concerns were as quickly as possible with the best customer service possible. We were expected to build long lasting professional relationships with our assigned clients. I also have market research and analytical experience with consumer panel, point of sale, demographic, static panel, and shipment data while I worked at ESRI and Levi Strauss & Co. I have experience in office management, as well as retail management when I was a manager at Petco. All together I have over fifteen years of customer service and support as well.
