Passionate about finding the best solution and task focused. I love to get stuck into a problem or new product to break it down, document what is needed and communicate to all stakeholders. I'm always willing to go above and beyond to research the information needed to deliver the best experience for all users. I have over 10 years experience in various technical jobs, supporting internal and external stakeholders, other IT support staff and creating materials to make their lives easier. In multiple roles throughout my career, I have been entrusted to train other staff and create materials for day to day use. This has encompassed- Templates to send to end users - Policies and procedures to follow when trying to resolve cases - Training videos - Internal documentation on processes for technical migrations, difficult troubleshooting as well as macro responses to ease support staffs response time In my past three roles, I have become the go-to person for information regarding the products as well as an escalation point for difficult cases. I have also been tasked with reviewing other staffs work to provide feedback and areas that they can improve in so that the customer gets the best service possible.
