About Sean Stone

I am a certified Green Belt in Lean Leadership, I am taking on being Parsons LEAN course instructor. Lean, continuous improvement, integrity, process improvement, eliminating waste are my core values and approach. I am a born leader, a great public speaker and a very ambitious go-getter. For the past 7 years I have been with Parsons Electric. My current title is the Tool Manager. I oversee and manage the tool warehouse, fleet, rentals, asset purchasing, and billing. I manage a crew of 5 employees. I am responsible for tooling up hundreds of job-sites at time, we are a $365 million dollar company nationwide. Proficient with utilizing Tool Watch software, no stranger to the whole Microsoft Office suite and am very computer savvy. I have an OSHA 10 card, MN state medical card for operating larger vehicles, certified forklift operator, and skid steer operator. I operate on a good blend of hands on, at the Gemba work, as well as an administrative leader. I am passionate about my contributions and my value.
