About Sean Tecson

Non-profit theatre arts administrator and educator turned employee experience and operations specialist, supporting key commercial operations at a modern media company. I focus on cultivating meaningful workplace experiences and leading initiatives such as AI adoption that help employees thrive and enable business teams to operate more effectively. When employees feel supported and valued, they deliver their best work and strengthen the organization. I started my career working in marketing, communications, and fundraising at a nonprofit Asian-American theatre company in New York City. Along the way, I’ve worked with various nonprofit organizations including an arts service organization and a Broadway theatre company, developing skills in event planning, workshop design, and professional development. Now, I bring that creative, people-first mindset to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture at Vox Media!
