With over 11 years of experience in retail and human resources, I am a passionate and driven HR Manager at Ross Stores, Inc, one of the largest off-price retailers in the US. I oversee and support the talent processes for the distribution centers network, ensuring that we hire, onboard, and retain the best people for our fast-paced and dynamic environment. I am committed to providing excellent customer service to our internal and external stakeholders, and to fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and growth within our organization. As an HR Manager, I manage the transactional talent department for the distribution centers, handling internal job postings, temp to permanent conversions, new hire orientation, file management, and unemployment claims. I leverage my skills in big box retail, driving results, and customer service to deliver efficient and effective HR solutions that meet the needs of our business and our associates. I also collaborate with other HR teams and leaders across the country to ensure alignment and consistency in our policies and practices.
