Highly surpassed the expectations of a previous employer engaging in IT sales and managing customer accounts; effectively fortifying my natural proficiency in customer/client interactions and technology- In recent years, have been excelling in the web hosting industry providing excellent technical support for many aspects of the hosting field, including demonstrating a high technical affinity towards DNS, working with and troubleshooting issues with cPanel/WHM, as well as working with different content management systems in a variety of contexts on a daily basis such as Joomla, WordPress, Drupal, and similar CMS- Worked for a recently acquired IBM datacenter named SoftLayer. At SoftLayer we support many different technologies and work mostly on the operating system and infrastructure level. This includes concepts such as high level networking, cloud technologies like VMWare ESXi and CloudLinux, as well as numerous other distributions of Linux. We also support Windows web hosting platforms in terms of their ability to access the network and internet appropriately, along with Windows Firewall- Attended and obtained certification for the first two semesters of my CCNA- Have attended classes hosted by a Cisco Authorized Training Partner for the ICND1- Worked as a part-time computer technician for a small computer repair company called User Solution Computers in Montgomery, TX when I was 14- Built my first computer when I was 12 years old- Previously held Cisco Sales Certification as well as VMware Sales Certification
