As a fire direction controller in the Wisconsin Army National Guard, he led a 5-person team in the operation of a multiple launch rocket system before transitioning into the cockpit of the AH-64D/E Apache helicopter where he has successfully completed several overseas combat missions utilizing drone integration technology. As an Apache instructor pilot, he uses his aircraft systems knowledge and demonstrated operational performance to conduct standardization and no-notice check rides, readiness level progressions, and proficiency evaluations for 100+ pilots. His ability to connect with individuals is highly regarded among his peers. For these reasons, Sean has also been called upon to serve as a master resilience trainer and suicide prevention program manager where he works to improve the lives of 200+ personnel through continuing education and mentorship. Currently, Sean is operating the mighty Boeing 737 and supporting his community flying for his MEDEVAC team in the Wisconisn Army National Guard while pursuing an Information Technology Certificate from CompTIA. When Sean’s not flying you might find him studying, smoking the baddest briskets ever, hiking in Ice Age Trail systems, strength training, and spending time with his family.
