As a CRA Manager at Aware Recovery Care with over 12 years of experience in the treatment field, I am passionate about empowering individuals to succeed, both in their recovery journeys and in achieving personal milestones. My career began at the ground level in a treatment facility, and over the years, I've worked my way up to a leadership role, where I now have the privilege of managing a talented and dedicated team. I hold a Certified Addiction Counselor certificate and have 22 years of clean and sober living, which has shaped my unwavering commitment to helping others overcome challenges and find success in their lives. My experience as a business owner of a landscaping company has also taught me the importance of building strong teams, managing multiple priorities, creating and fostering relationships and providing exceptional service. What drives me most is seeing others reach their potential—whether through recovery or personal development. I thrive in roles where I can leverage my skills in team management, coaching, and mentorship to support both individuals and organizations in reaching their goals. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, whether we're camping, canoeing, or simply enjoying each other's company. I’ve been happily married for 33 years and am blessed with 4 children and 5 grandchildren. I’m looking to expand my professional network and connect with like-minded individuals, and I'm open to new opportunities where I can contribute my leadership, passion for helping others, and experience in the treatment field.
