With over 38 years in the BMS and HVAC industry, I bring deep technical know-how, steady leadership, and a genuine passion for helping buildings—and the people who run them—perform at their best. As Bitpool’s Customer Success Manager, I am the calm, capable hand behind some of the most complex HVAC and system integration projects in the country. My career spans commissioning, engineering, servicing, system design, project management, and client success. I have worked across every corner of the BMS industry, leading technical teams, managing high-stakes rollouts, and building long-term relationships with premium clients. I focus on balancing the technical and human connection —delivering efficient outcomes without losing sight of what matters to stakeholders on the ground. I am always looking for ways to improve performance, reduce impact, and help our clients make smarter and sustainable decisions (without blowing the budget), I am known for my attention to detail, calmness and people focus, always ready to solve a problem and share a solution with a smile.
