Export Manager - Hosen Group Ltd. I started my career in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) line with DKSH – Market Expansion Service Provider (distributor) in 2014. That was the time, I was first been exposed to the industry. My passion/interest level grew since then and I continued to improve myself and strive to equip myself with the right skills/knowledge to succeed in this industry. 5 years of full-time experience + 1 year of internship experience with Dole Asia Holdings. I first built the business entry plan for Dole to expand their Packaged Foods business in Singapore. Thereafter, I managed all commercial, sales, marketing, trade marketing, product development, demand planning and supply chain for Singapore & Malaysia (SGMY). I held full P&L responsibilities since 2020. Apart from SGMY, I grew the business and built new businesses in Brunei, Mongolia and other markets. Over the years, I had the opportunity to work with many companies in the industry, either working in the company or working as a partner, such as 3M, Beiersdorf and Hai Sia Seafood. I am experienced in the entire value chain of FMCG line with focus on Business Development, Sales and Marketing and Commercial. Currently, I am working for Hosen Group to expand their business across multiple markets.
